• All art purchases are strictly limited to designs that have been officially published and coded on the TERRIFIC START PROJECT MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED website (“Website”).
• TERRIFIC START PROJECT MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED does not, under any circumstances, offer customization of designs beyond the selection parameters explicitly provided on the Website. TERRIFIC START PROJECT MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED artists may, at their sole discretion, suggest existing designs based on customer requirements, but such suggestions shall not be construed as an obligation to create custom designs.
• Customers may select from pre-determined size and frame options as displayed on the Website. No variations outside these pre-established parameters will be accommodated.

PAYMENT POLICY
• ALL ORDERS REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to make immediate payment through one of the following authorized payment methods via Razorpay:

  • UPI
  • Online /Net Banking
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • EMI Mode, if applicable
    • CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED AND UNAVAILABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
    • Each order is customized according to the customer’s selection of design, size, and frame type. By submitting payment, customer acknowledges that cancellations following order processing cannot be accommodated due to the customized nature of each product.
